Standards of Conduct
While the Crafty Club is accessible for anyone to join, this is a safe space where we value each and every Crafty Friend as an important part of our community. Love is love, black lives matter, and everyone is worthy of encouragement, kindness, and respect, regardless of their circumstances.
Being a part of the Crafty Club also requires mutual trust and personal responsibility. What’s shared in the Club should stay in the Club. Please keep Member privacy in mind when participating. When in doubt, reach out.
Bullying or hate speech of any kind is not allowed. Degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, weight, disability, politics, financial status, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Treat others as you’d like to be treated.
You are more than welcome to post the creative content you’ve shared on your other socials, but please do not make the Club Bulletin Board all about you – we want to see creativity from everyone.

Selling and irrelevant links are not allowed, unless express permission is given by an admin.
No sharing, selling, distributing, in part or in full of Crafty Club files, downloads, and content without written consent from an admin. This INCLUDES printing and/or emailing to share with a friend. Your friend needs to join the Club to get the goods, otherwise it’s theft and a violation of the Standards of Conduct. If files are being sold or shared, they will no longer be offered.
No Aliexpress links are to be shared in the Crafty Club. Aliexpress steals designs from small businesses to create counterfeit products. The Crafty Club cannot support theft from other creative entrepreneurs. (If you see an Aliexpress item being used in PFP content, it was purchased years ago. We can all learn and do better.)
Please report anything not up to Crafty Club Standards of Conduct. Violations are not tolerated, and apply to the publicly posted content in the Clubhouse, direct messages through the Club’s mailbox system, and everything in the Facebook group.
Members who prove themselves to be rule breakers will be removed from the Crafty Club. You will be notified if you do not follow the Standards of Conduct. Three (3) incidents of violating the Standards of Conduct will result in permanent removal from the Club. No refunds given to members removed for violating the Standards of Conduct.
Angel Policy
All Crafty Club files, downloads, and content (paid and free) are for personal use only and copyrights remain with PopFizzPaper. Absolutely no sharing, selling, distributing, in part or in full without prior written consent from an admin. This INCLUDES printing and/or emailing to share with a friend. Your friend needs to join the Club to get the goods, otherwise it’s theft and a violation of the Standards of Conduct. If files are being sold or shared, they will no longer be offered.
Selling projects created with Club files is allowed at this time, but ONLY WITH CREDIT given to PopFizzPaper Crafty Club. To sell, files must be used to create something clearly new and your own. It must be obvious that it is a finished project created with multiple items, not just a printout of a digital file or the equivalent. This policy may change at any time.

Memberships
Memberships are subscription based and pay up front. By purchasing a membership, you authorize the Crafty Club to charge your payment method immediately and on a pre-pay basis for the membership period indicated. Non-payment will result in loss of membership.
Membership dues will be automatically charged at signup, unless you are redeeming a free trial membership. Free trial memberships automatically convert to a paid Crafty Club membership after 7 days, at which point your payment method will be charged.
Memberships automatically renew on the same day every month. This means YOU get to pick a date to fit your budget! For example, if your first charge goes through on Oct 13, you will always be charged on the 13th of any given month. If your renewal does not occur on a recurring monthly date (for example, not all months have a 31st day), your membership dues will charge on the day before.
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account. Cancelled memberships forfeit all reward points, downloads, and any other perks received or promised. No refunds on memberships cancelled early. No refunds given for forgetting to cancel before the renewal charges process. Cancelled memberships will lose access to all Crafty Club content at the end of the paid membership period.
Membership fees, products, and services are exclusive of sales, value-added, goods and services, harmonized or other taxes, fees, or charges as allowed by law, or stated otherwise.
Gift Memberships
1, 3, and 6 month gift memberships are available. Gift memberships grant access at the Crafty Friend level and provide free access for the length of time purchased.
The recipient is welcome to bump up their level at their own cost, should they want monthly mail as well. They will be responsible for any cost difference between the Crafty Friend level membership dues and the preferred level dues.
Gift certificates are emailed to the purchaser 24-48 hours after payment. You are welcome to print and gift, or forward on to the recipient.
- The giftee will be provided a unique coupon code and link to join the Crafty Club.
- During checkout, they will enter the coupon code and their payment info.
- Any future membership charges after the gift membership time has passed will be automatically charged to the giftee’s payment method.
- The giftee will need to cancel their membership before the end of the gift period to avoid being auto charged.

At this time, we do not have the capability for you to purchase or redeem points for free months of membership for yourself (but we’re working on it).

Orders
PopFizzPaper Crafty Club currently accepts all major credit cards.
Please make sure your shipping and payment info is correct before you complete your order, as I cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect address provided.
Coupon Codes
Orders are limited to use of one coupon code.
Shipping
All items are shipped from Southern California.
Orders with paid shipping are sent USPS First Class with tracking. Orders with free shipping are sent USPS First Class with no tracking. Your tracking number will work once USPS has picked up and scanned your package. Please allow at least 48 hours for it to show up in their system.
Once your order ships, please contact USPS directly with any lost package or tracking concerns. USPS will have more information than PFP has access to and can provide answers and a resolution quicker. If you are concerned with any other shipping matters, please contact us.
Domestic packages are considered lost after 45 days, internationals are considered lost after 90 days, not including holidays or weekends.
PopFizzPaper not responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, VAT fees, etc that your country may impose. You can check with your local mail provider for current estimates of charges, duties, taxes, VAT fees, etc. Returned packages due to rejected customs fees will incur a 50% restocking fee deducted from your refund. The actual value of your order will be declared on your shipping form.

Returns
Returns/refunds/exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact us for further instructions.
Item must be in any original packaging and unused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned packages due to rejected customs fees will incur a 50% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
